In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Family Medicine, Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
• Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records.
• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Family Medicine, Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows, including admission, daily progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Meticulous analytical precision and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Experience across a broad patient mix, such as adult medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or obstetric/newborn care, is a plus. Family medicine’s cross-population training is especially valuable here.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
