In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Contract Redlining, Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, M&A to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Working knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Compensation Structure:

• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
