In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Medicare, Spanish, Benefits, Outreach to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Native or professional Spanish and English
• Demonstrated background in at least one of: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services
• 1+ years counseling or assisting the public in that area (benefits counselor, case manager, community health worker, or similar)
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week, with more availability toward the end of the project
• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials in Spanish
• Experience helping a diverse range of clients, including rural and low-literacy communities
• Compensation Band: $35 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
