In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of analytical reasoning and domain evaluation to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Cover situations involving minors, custody, and applicants born or living abroad in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Former State Department experience in a passport agency (Passport Specialist/Adjudicator) or consular section (Consular Officer)
• 1+ years adjudicating or advising on passport or citizenship matters
• Working knowledge of citizenship and nationality rules and passport eligibility
• Review sample passport and citizenship questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical background using name change and identity documentation cases
• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of applicants, including non-English-speaking customers
• Compensation Band: $50 - $70/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions
• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week
