In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Establish and document operational workflows that adapt to changing business requirements and promote system adoption among sales and CS stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across interconnected systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assess and resolve conflicts between operational policies, exercising sound judgment to support practical and sustainable processes.
• Produce clear, actionable documentation and reports to ensure transparency and usability for diverse team members.
• Provide feedback on system usability and adoption, contributing real-world insights to refine operational best practices.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong operational judgment, particularly in navigating and resolving policy conflicts without overcomplicating processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, actionable documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success professionals.
