In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Permits, Reservations, Safety to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Cover park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning questions in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current, former, or seasonal National Park Service experience (park ranger, interpretive ranger, or visitor services staff)
• 1+ years answering visitor questions or working with passes, permits, reservations, or fees
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week

Candidate Requirements

• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of visitors, including rural and non-English-speaking guests
• Compensation Band: $30 - $45/hour
