In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Intervention judgment, Risk formulation to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Differentiate between self-harm, suicidal ideation, and intent, and characterize acuity levels with precision.
• Recommend response protocols, including escalation pathways, safety planning (e.g., Stanley-Brown), and means-restriction strategies.
• Identify comorbidities, safeguarding, and contextual factors influencing risk, and incorporate these into assessments.
• Document guidance in clear, research-grade English so non-specialists can implement recommended actions confidently.
• Benchmark and cross-reference risk judgments with established guidelines and peer assessments to ensure consistency.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Intervention judgment, Risk formulation, Ideation/intent differentiation, Escalation judgment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Candidate Requirements

• Working knowledge of evidence-based adolescent interventions (e.g., DBT-A, trauma-informed care approaches).
• Exceptional written English (native, or IELTS 7.5+/writing 7.0+, TOEFL 100+, Cambridge C1–C2, or equivalent).
• Desirable: DBT-A or CBT training, crisis or inpatient experience, or contributions to suicidology research or clinical guidelines.
