In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Python3, JAVA, Rust, Algorithms to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Document clear step-by-step rationales and reference solutions to calibrate model performance.
• Flag edge cases, unsupported claims, or subtle domain errors and propose corrected outputs.
• Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar
• A track record building scalable services and APIs
• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing
• Solid code review instincts
• A strong testing background is a big plus — experience designing test strategy, building and maintaining large test suites, diagnosing flaky tests, or raising the testing bar on a team.
