In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of employment law expertise, legal analysis, legal document review, issue spotting to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.

Candidate Requirements

• Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• At least 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
