In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Administrative Support, Vendor Management, Operational Organization to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Coordinate purchasing, vendors, shipping, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support onboarding, team logistics, and ad hoc requests.
• Own gifting operations across our team and clients.
• Source gifts and manage ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors.
• Anticipate needs and drive tasks through completion.
• 3+ years in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.

Candidate Requirements

• Good judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated background in a startup, technology company, or distributed team.
• Practical background using gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and automate repetitive tasks.
• Compensation Band: $15 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
