In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
• Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
• Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
• 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco.
• Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments.
• Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
