In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Efficiently navigate phone menus, hold queues, and call centers to reach the appropriate contact for each task.
• Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
• Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing a variety of customer needs.
• Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion with sensitive customer information.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha, scheduling, appointment handling.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple consecutive tasks, and deliver high-quality service remotely.
• Compensation Structure
• Representatives are paid for scheduled, available hours — not per call completed.
• Start Timeline & Availability
• This role requires committed, shift-based availability — representatives must be fully active and responsive for the entire duration of every scheduled shift. This would be an initial 4-week engagement, with representatives working four 5-hour shifts per week (up to 20 hours/week). Genuine weekend availability is required for a portion of the team.
• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and expect selected candidates to start their first shifts within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
