RemoteWork Talent Agency has an immediate remote opening for a Work-From-Home Veterans Service Officer — AI Model Training & Evaluation | Frontier AI Specialist earning $40 - $60/hour. In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Claims, Accreditation, Compensation, Survivors to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Cover dependents and survivor benefits (such as DIC and CHAMPVA) and appeals and decision reviews in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current VA accreditation (VSO representative, County Veterans Service Officer, accredited claims agent, or similar)
• 1+ years preparing and filing VA claims for veterans or their families
• Working knowledge of disability compensation, dependents and survivor benefits, and appeals
• Review sample veterans benefits questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience creating guides, checklists, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of veterans and families, including rural and non-English-speaking clients
• Compensation Band: $40 - $60/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions

• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week
