In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Contract Redlining, Contract Negotiation, Contract Drafting, MSAs to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Apply objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• 1–3 years of experience (in-house or law firm) focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
