In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.
• Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000 USD.
