In this flexible work-from-home engagement (open to candidates in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Ireland), you will apply practical mastery of US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application to stress-test large language models, verify factual rigor, and build gold-standard evaluation datasets.

Key Duties & Project Scope

• Develop and articulate rubric items for each draft, specifying benchmarks for strong, persuasive legal responses in line with U.S. commercial litigation standards.
• Incorporate feedback from senior direction each engagement turn, iterating your drafts to reflect evolving strategies and facts.
• Identify and clearly flag procedural questions, missing information, or factual ambiguities for further direction by project leads.
• Operate exclusively from public or synthetic case material, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical obligations.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional written English, demonstrating mastery of legal drafting and litigation register.
• Experience working in law firm environments (BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market) is a plus.
• Background in handling cases in federal court and/or previous participation in AI-related training or evaluation initiatives is advantageous.
